One of the critical professional roles within the construction sector is that of the Quantity Surveyor (QS), particularly in relation to contract administration and claims management, where claims are frequently submitted by parties who perceive themselves to have suffered contractual or financial losses.
LKP School of Quantity Surveying (SQS) IndonesiaThe LKP School of Quantity Surveying (SQS) Indonesia, established in 2011 by Mrs. Ellyyanti, a professionally qualified Quantity Surveyor, was founded in response to these industry demands.The SQS programs integrate academic knowledge and practical application, delivering QS competencies that are directly applicable to professional practice in both local and international construction projects. SQSI collaborates with formal educational institutions and professional bodies, both domestically and internationally, to support the development of human resources in the field of Quantity Surveying and to provide effective solutions for individual professionals and construction companies in Indonesia.
Founder & Academic Lead
Ellyyanti has been professionally active since 1995, with extensive experience in Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration across both state-owned enterprises and private sector organizations, including general contracting, design-and-build projects, and EPC specialist contractors.Her professional responsibilities have encompassed the management and control of project costs and contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the conceptual and design development stages, through the tendering process and construction phase, to project completion and final account settlement. In addition, she has been actively involved in supporting contractual and financial accountability processes, including the submission and justification of contract values to state auditors and other relevant stakeholders
